Dreaming of a winter holiday right next to the slopes so you can ski as much as possible? Or would you like to explore the mountains and pastures outside the ski season?
Le 1467 is a ski-in, ski-out semi-detached chalet right on the slopes in the Croix-Fry area, just in front of the chairlift. There are shops, restaurants and an ESF ski school just around the corner.
In the summer, you can cool off in the swimming pool at Col de Merdassier (2km), where you'll also find more shops and restaurants, or at Confins lake (11km). For still more choice, head to La Clusaz, which is 7km away. If you're looking for an exciting activity, Manigod is home to a mountain kart track, just opposite the chalet.
There are some wonderful trails for walkers and bikers, who can also take the Cabeau chairlift to higher ground and make their own way down.
In the evening, you can relax and admire the views of La Tournette and the Aravis valley from the balcony of Le 1467…

About the property…
Le 1467 is a contemporary, semi-detached chalet sleeping up to eight people (including four adults), with three comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms.
The entrance hall leads to a bright, open-plan living room. There’s a seating area with a TV and a cosy L-shaped sofa, a dining table for eight, and a modern, open-plan kitchen with counter space.
Sliding patio doors open onto a terrace, which has a second dining table and armchairs where you can make the most of the mountain air. This floor also has a WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The three bedrooms can be found on the top floor. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony and an en-suite shower room. There is also a bunk room for four, which is perfect for children. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath, shower and twin washbasins, as well as a separate toilet.
The property has a garage on the lower ground floor for one car.
About the area…
La Croix Fry ski resort, which sits at an altitude of 1,500m, lies between the villages of Manigod and La Clusaz. You can ski straight from Le 1467, but parking is free if you’d prefer to drive to the lifts. There’s an ESF ski school at La Croix Fry, as well as a tourist office – the slopes are perfect for beginners, but there’s plenty of challenge for more experienced skiers too, both here and in neighbouring La Clusaz.
The resort has a number of cafés and restaurants where you can recharge your batteries, including Le Hameau de Mon Père, which earned three Michelin stars under renowned local chef Marc Veyrat. It is now run by his daughter.
Cross-country skiers can explore the many trails that criss-cross the mountains, while non-skiers can take advantage of La Clusaz's heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ice rink and cinema. They can also enjoy nearby snowshoeing, horse-drawn carriage rides, dog-sledding and tobogganing.
In summer, you can explore the mountains and pine forests on foot or mountain bike – there’s a great choice of signposted trails in this beautiful valley. If you'd prefer to get up a bit higher, you can take your mountain bike on the ski lift from La Clusaz and descend at your own pace, perhaps with a picnic break on the Beauregard plateau.
Thrill-seekers can try paragliding, canyoning, rock-climbing, via ferrata, or even rafting just a few kilometres from Le 1467. If you prefer to travel at a more leisurely pace, try donkey trekking in the Aravis.
With its stunning lake and canals, the beautiful medieval city of Annecy is a great destination for a change of scenery, and it’s just 30 minutes away by car.

The accomodation is located in a newly developed, peaceful area surrounded by nature. Some interior work is still ongoing in a neighbouring property during summer 2025, but all major construction has been completed, keeping disruption to a minimum.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Set in one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys, the village of Manigod is a mountain secret that is a delight to discover.
With its own ski area linking into the famed La Clusaz ski resort, Manigod offers fabulous skiing in winter and world class cycling in the summer.
Beautiful chalets are dotted around the mountains, restaurants range from local auberges to Michelin starred, and you can buy locally made pottery and cheeses fresh from the farm.

The OVO Network Review
Le 1467 is an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday, such as a family get-together of up to eight guests (four adults).
On the ground floor is a bright and welcoming living room. Get together to watch a film on the L-shaped sofa and armchairs in front of the television, or prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen before sharing them at the large dining table.
The living area opens onto a terrace with a dining table and armchairs, where you can enjoy a meal or coffee al fresco, overlooking the mountains.
This floor also has a WC and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and an en-suite shower room with a WC. The third bedroom is designed with children in mind, and has two sets of bunk beds.
There is also a bathroom with a bath and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.
If you prefer not to drive during your stay, you can leave your car in the garage and explore the area using the shuttle bus.

It was thanks to OVO Network that we discovered the Aravis region, after renting chalets in the area on several occasions. We fell in love with the beauty of the landscapes, the authenticity of the villages and the wide range of activities available throughout the year.
So it was an obvious choice to settle in Manigod, more precisely at the charming little village of Col de la Croix Fry, where we created our own mountain haven.
Our chalet is right on the slopes, connected to the La Clusaz ski area, making it an ideal spot for snow sports enthusiasts. Whether you visit in summer or winter, it's a perfect starting point to enjoy the mountains in the best possible conditions.
We designed this chalet as a place to get together and recharge our batteries, where you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. It combines modern comfort with mountain spirit, so everyone can make the most of their stay with family or friends.
